a fantastic stay at this luxury hotel. The location is breathtaking, the service is impeccable, and the amenities provided are top-notch. The hotel offers services such as dry cleaning, laundry, and airport shuttle, making our stay even more convenient. The rooms are well-equipped with heating, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The terrace in our room was a nice touch, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The hotel also offers Wi-Fi and off-site parking. The 24-hour reception ensures that you are always attended to, and the on-site restaurant and bar/lounge area provide excellent dining options. This is a non-smoking establishment, and the rooms are well-maintained and comfortable. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The hotel is furnished with great taste, well kept, everything spotlessly clean. Our room had a wonderful view, very comfortable, nice bathroom. Good breakfast. The staff is friendly and helpful. Overall a splendid, memorable stay. An added feature is the nearby Osteria Agostiniana managed by the same owner. It specializes in seafood, traditional Sicilian dishes. Excellent quality of food and efficient service.
Agostiniana Hotel is one of the best facilities we have ever stayed in Italy.

I have stayed two nights (Friday and Saturday). Were parties each evening (restaurant is at the first floor) and participants were quite vocal even after the parties.

The hotel is well furnished and has an excellent panoramic location. Rooms clean and restaurant of same onwer situated in the main square is also value for money with mouth watering sicilain food
I am afraid that the hotel is quite noisy even late in the evening and night. There is a restaurant just a floor below the guests rooms with guests frequenting also the below terrace to smoke and whilst doing so, they talk, laugh or even shout at their children at the top of their voice which makes it impossible to sleep. During our stay (my friend and I) there was also a wedding reception as the restaurant was closed for this private function and you can imagine what noise we experienced with live music going on till the early hours. So for those travellors who want to have a tranquil holiday, this hotel is definitely not to be chosen. I have already posted my complaint on Booked.net.

Spent New Year's Eve at a hotel on top of a hill, close to a famous town with a view of both the mountains and the sea. The room was spacious and modern, and the bathroom had a large shower. The end of year celebrations were amazing, with tasty Italian fish, champagne, live entertainment, and fireworks to welcome in the new year.
The hotel is located on top of a hill, and while the view is stunning, the drive up and down can be dangerous and challenging, especially if you're driving a rental car. while the breakfast was decent, there was no option for free internet access in the room.

We really liked our room. It was big, cosy and comfortable. The bathroom was nice and clean. We enjoyed the view of the top of the Etna and the sea. The staff was very friendly and always ready to give us good advice. This hotel was worth every single euro.

The view from the hotel was breathtaking. I also loved the cleanliness of the facilities, from the rooms to the public areas. The breakfast spread had a good variety of fruit and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Lastly, the location on top of the hill gave me a beautiful view of this city.
Everything great.

The hotel is located on a hill top village with good view of Etna and the sea in some rooms. The ride to the hotel is fun and enjoyable. We were coming back from Stromboli via Milazzo and this hotel was conveniently located near the village of Savoka which we wanted to visit the day after. The hotel has a very nice restaurant specialized in seafood

Great view from room balcony and friendly staff. Really enjoyed the local food at the restaurant. the hotel is situated in a very scenic spot with lots of nearby attractions to visit.
Stayed in the hotel for easter and it was fully booked. the room was small and cramped and we had issues with the hot water in the shower.

The hotel is located on top of a hill, providing peaceful and quiet surroundings, and breathtaking views of the mountain fields, Mt. Etna, and the Mediterranean. the rooms are large and clean with good air conditioning, comfortable beds, and nice toiletries in the clean bathroom. the breakfast consists of fresh fruits, cheese, yoghurt, coffee, and tea. the staff is friendly and professional and offer extra time to show guests around.
The food at the dinner was disappointing according to one review.
